High Point awards. For full results and photos, please see our new High Point Awards page. WDARAB Inc. also made a very special presentation to Helen Kirkpatrick. Helen received a distinguished service award for her dedicated, ongoing and invaluable contribution to the club. The inaugural presentation of this award was made last year (when it was presented to Lauren Jantzen for her tens years as Treasurer). Krishlah Arabians, Lendene Stud and Future Farms were all high achievers. Christmas Trail Ride! Gameelah was exported to the USA in December to contest the International 3&4 year old mare class at the prestigious Scottsdale Arabian Show. In exceptional competition, she won her class and carried on to be awarded Silver Champion over a number of older exhibits. Even more impressive is that Gameelah was competing as a three year old, even though she only turned two in November. This was a huge event for WDARAB Inc. Gameelah's owners and breeders, Olivia, Sharon and Shona of Krishlah Arabians, are all WDARAB Inc. members, with Olivia the current president of the club. Gameelah is sired by CraveFF, whose breeders/owners Doyle and Kate Dertell of Future Farms are also WDARAB Inc. members. Future Farms have shown Gameelah with great success in Australia, and Doyle once again took the lead for her finest achievement yet. Gameelah's dam, Bint Georgie Girl, is a product of the Avondale and Ennerdale Studs' breeding programmes. Both Pam & Rob of Avondale and Liz, Kate & Jane of Ennerdale are existing WDARAB Inc. members. Once again, an enormous congratulations to Gameelah and her team.
